CHOGM: India moves ahead with visit

External Affairs Minsiter Salman Khurshid is all set to participate in CHOGM but trouble at home is just mounting as Tamil parties continue to protest and pressurise the govt to compleltely boycott the meet. On the other hand Salman Khurshid has said India's participation is not a dilution of its stand towards Tamils in Sri Lanka.
